Lifestyle Suites Rome occupies number 93 on Piazza Navona, a 15th century palazzo that looks straight across at Borromini's Sant'Agnese in Agone and Bernini's fountains. It is a small address built around suites, and the videos make clear how much of its charm comes from that outlook: tall windows, French balconies and a rooftop terrace where a hot tub faces the church domes.
Every suite has a personality of its own. One centres on a round bed beneath a draped canopy, another places a red freestanding tub beside the bed, a third strings a blue hammock by the window. Lofty wooden ceilings and herringbone parquet meet modern comforts such as Bluetooth speakers, smart room controls and bathrooms clad in glass mosaic. Some rooms add a whirlpool tub, and massages can be arranged in the suite.
Breakfast is a favourite with returning guests, and at turndown a small sweet surprise waits in the room each evening. The rooftop bar is the natural spot for an aperitivo as the square lights up, and a compact gym is there for anyone keeping a routine.
Still, the real luxury is the setting. The Pantheon is a few minutes away on foot, the Trevi Fountain around ten, and the lanes of Campo de' Fiori begin just beyond the square.

Rome, Italy.
Piazza Navona traces the outline of the ancient Stadium of Domitian, which explains its long oval shape. Today it is one of the liveliest squares in Rome, with painters, cafe terraces and three fountains, led by Bernini's Fountain of the Four Rivers at its centre.
From here the historic centre is easy to explore on foot: the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori and the Tiber are all close, the Spanish Steps are about twenty minutes away, and the Vatican lies just across the river. Rome Fiumicino (FCO) is the main airport, roughly 30 kilometres away by taxi or train.
What guests say.
From guest reviews, checked October 2026.Guests agree on two things above all: the address on Piazza Navona, which puts most of central Rome within walking distance, and a warm, attentive team. Spacious, quiet suites with comfortable beds come up again and again, as do the evening sweets left in the room and the rooftop views. Breakfast earns praise, though some find it pricey when it is not part of the rate, and one guest described mixed messages about extras such as the airport transfer and complimentary water.
